Stress Free Healthy Meals is something I think we all WANT! But struggle to achieve in our Crazy Busy Lives!

 

Between our LEOs on shifts that all affect our meals one way or another, and our kids picky eating and school schedules… sometimes my love of cooking becomes a time full of stress. I am trying to eat healthier for myself. I try to get the kids to eat new foods that are healthy, sometimes met with glee, others met with utter, “EWWWWWW” disgust. I also try and have healthy options to pack for the hubs, knowing that it needs to be quick, filling, and HEALTHY… but most importantly that he will eat.

I know ALL about eating in Stressful situations! Not only am I a Police Wife of 15 years, but we have 5 kids, and our youngest has several Diagnosis that tends to land us in the Hospital multiples times a year.
I have had to pack and plan healthy meals to haul into my daughter Hospital room. I worried about what my kids were eating while I was in the hospital with their sister, and dad at work.
I always know that other people want to “treat” them, but I worry about them not getting all the veggies I would be trying to get them to eat.
And no I’m not perfect because I fall into the “easy” trap of fast food.

 

It doesn’t All have to be Salads and baked chicken!

I will share how I SPICE UP my salads and Chicken but also how I’ve changed how I eat some of my favorite not “AS” healthy meals. AND SOOO MUCH MORE! You get Recipes, and the shopping list for the week. All you do is shop and cook!!
