Unlimited Classes with Me in-person for those Local and Virtual for those who prefer working out at home and are too far to join me in person. If you come to all those classes that would be 9 total classes at a drop in of $8each is normally $72. I want you to be able to try all these classes at a discounted price so you can find the one you truly enjoy doing. That way once we’re done here we can continue working out together and you have those recipes all set to use!!
We All need that ME TIME to release stress and my favorite way is Teaching fitness to moms and LEOWs needing that release.
